We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.


Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Address Information
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address when placing your order. If an order is returned to us because the address given to us is incorrect, you will be responsible for paying postage again.

If an order is returned to us because the package was unclaimed, you will be responsible for paying postage again.

Lost or Damaged Goods
We ship all over the world using USPS and Bulgarian Posts. Please note that not all shipping methods within Canada and International destinations include tracking and insurance. Upon choosing to ship without tracking, you are taking the responsibility for lost goods. Popov Leather will not replace or refund items sent without tracking that are lost or damaged in the mail. Without a tracking number, we cannot file a claim with our mail system.


Tracking Delay
All our products are made to order and ship from our workshop in Bulgaria - unfortunately, that means all packages must cross customs and be delivered to USPS before they begin tracking. This creates a delay between the time we generate a label and the time it gets handed off to USPS.

  • Please, note, that before Christmas holidays delivery time can be 7-14 days longer.
If your parcel comes back (for example, you gave us wrong address) – we can resend, but there will be additional shipping cost charge;
All extra payments connected with international shipping (like fees, taxes, and duties) are the responsibility of international customers who ordered the shipping.
